Yes, we can accommodate special dietary needs without compromising the dining experience for the rest of your group. We offer low FODMAP, vegetarian, and vegan options, as well as gluten-free pizza bases, pasta, and antipasti dishes (with an additional charge for gluten-free items).
For guests with coeliac requirements, we take extra care to minimise cross-contamination by using separate utensils, cleaning surfaces, and using rice flour on prep surfaces, but due to the presence of spelt flour on-site, we cannot 100% guarantee it.
Yes, you are welcome to bring your own cake for a fee of $20 per cake, which includes storage in our fridge. If you have an extra-large or multi-tiered cake, a higher fee may apply. Early drop-off is also available — just please coordinate with us beforehand to arrange the details.
At Farro Richmond, we offer a flexible cancellation policy for function bookings. A pre-authorisation of $15 per person is required at the time of booking, but no funds are held upfront. You can cancel without any charges up to 72 hours before your booking date. If you cancel within 72 hours, the pre-authorisation will be charged. We allow up to 2 guests to be absent on the day, with a $15 charge per person. If more than 2 guests do not attend, the full package amount will be applied.
