    Yes, you’re welcome to add your personal touch to the space with decorations. Just let us know your plans in advance so we can make the necessary arrangements and ensure everything runs smoothly for your event.

    Yes, we're happy to accommodate guests with special dietary needs. We offer a variety of vegetarian, vegan, and low-FODMAP options to ensure everyone feels included. We also offer gluten-free pizza bases, pasta, and antipasti dishes (at an additional cost). However, it's important to note that we cannot guarantee zero cross-contamination for celiac guests due to the presence of spelt flour in our kitchen. While we take precautions to minimise cross-contamination by using separate utensils, cleaning surfaces, and using rice flour on prep surfaces, we cannot guarantee a completely gluten-free environment.

    Yes, you're welcome to bring your own cake for a small fee of $20 per cake, which covers refrigeration and handling. Please note that extra-large or multi-tiered cakes may incur a higher fee. We're also happy to arrange an early drop-off of your cake if needed — simply coordinate with us beforehand.

    We understand that plans can change, so we offer a flexible cancellation policy. At the time of booking, we'll place a pre-authorisation hold of $15 per person on your card. However, no funds are actually charged upfront. You can cancel your booking without penalty up to 72 hours prior to your event. If you cancel within 72 hours of your booking, the pre-authorisation amount will be charged. For a full understanding of our terms and conditions, please refer to our function brochure.

    You can provide us with a tentative guest count at the time of booking. We kindly request that you confirm your final guest count 72 hours prior to your event. We understand that last-minute changes can occur, so we allow for a maximum of two absent guests on the day of your event with a charge of $15 per absentee. If more than two guests are absent, the full package amount will be charged. For detailed information on our policies, please refer to our function brochure.

    To secure your function booking, we require a pre-authorisation of $15 per person. This is done online via a secure link using your card. Rest assured, no funds are taken in advance — this simply verifies that your card is valid.
